My Complaint Description:
I am a complaintpaid user of MTS mblaze 3G+ with number 9137507373 since 2 months now and getting charged INR. 3 per day (OR u can say 90 per month extra) for different packs without any confirmation or approval. I registered complain last month also for same issue, Customer executives reply same that they are not authorize to credit this amount nor they have any contact number for this type of complains. Also please note that they told you that you clicked on some popup window add and this plane got activated, though I say one time it's possible by mistake but not twice and every month. Did't receive any support from technical team as well.
