Anyways, I was using an MTS mblaze connection for my internet purposes, I then wanted to switch over to the local cable provider for higher speed and low prices. I had informed the Mts customer service desk to de activate my no and send no more bills to me but there was a previous outstanding of Rs 378 which i agreed to pay. But to my surprise I receive a call from their office stating that i owe them Rs 1466, totally wrong billing done by them. I wanted to settle the bill asap so, I wrote again.
MS Preety Sharma disagreed to this initially but then she agreed to talk to concerned team about waiving the extra amount charged on my account. Even in one of the mails their representative MS Preety Sharma had mentioned that she will speak to the concerned team to check what can be done about the amount of Rs 1088 that was wrongly charged to my account.
Wow, they then sent a High court notice I dont know why in the world for… anyways I have made the payment on 12.11.2016 of Rs 1466 as they wanted and I also have mailed to the same person asking to send me a confirmation on the payment and deactivation.
I want the compensation from this fraud company which bills wrongly to their customers, and this is true with all the network providers.
Frankly speaking I want the compensation to teach these ppl a lesson and distribute the money in poor…
