My Complaint Description:
I ordered (MUN69045) Samsung mobile BT in munafa.co.in website on 11th july 2016. and i received on 17th july 2016 and i opened box so i seen that this mobile is duplicate and not support SIM card in mobile and i called 7 to 8 timed called on 9015945771 customer care number but there talk me your ordered is not unable to return or exchange your product.
But Munafa sent me duplicate mobile and not Support SIM. and they are not give me replacement and not give me refund money.
