  2. i ordered a smart watch + 32 gb samsung evo memory card on 13.7.2016 my order no is JWH000596388. on 15.07.16 I got parcel bt when i opened it. memory which they have sent to me is nothing .. just a plastic chip look like memory card. i think ceo of munafa.co.in must be a delhi ka chor.
    please help me

    I had order online a mobile phone set Nokia 105 to gift it to my brother Sh. Pramod Kumar on his birthday through munafa.co.in bearing order no. MUN288930 dated 23-08-2016, Invoice No. JWH000767028 and Shipment No.JWH407372395.

    Thanks to your fast shipment that he received the order at the shipping address Room No. 1712, 17th Floor, Palika Kendra, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 duly on time.

    But as he opened the sealed box of the mobile phone set and tried to switch on the mobile phone it worked for approx. half an hour while checking the phone he noticed that IMEI Number inside the phone & that to mentioned on the device was also different.

    But than after as he tried to make it in on condition by connecting /charging it with the desired mobile charger received with it. The phone was neither getting charged nor was switched on.

    Moreover, My brother was shocked when he co-related the credentials of mobile set box and mobile set both were totally different. The covering box is of Nokia 105 Dual Sim but the set is of single sim only.

    I would like to brought this in your kind information that delivering such a fake mobile set to the consumer is a crime.

    Being such a reputated company I have not expected such a negligence towards customer satisfaction and quality of product.

    Does this company pay any heel towards customer satisfaction ??????

    Does the product is duly checked before dispatch / shipment ???????

    I request you to kindly send your representative along with the desired consignment order by me and collect this faulty and fake consignment.

    I request you to kindly take strict and early action at your end.
