My Complaint Description:
i have paid premium of rs.16985/- on 27.10.15 from Axis bank ltd and bank ref no is 377307473 for renewal of phase I of JIO SA ID 018241 but still we have not recd cards and policy.i have send 8-10 mails to jio and icici lombard but no any communication.
i have to lodge the claim also for medical exp but no any policy card no. and jio and icici lombard are not responding any answer.
More than 150 days has passed. If there is no controlon insurance company from JIO then they should not start this type of policy.
JIO is also responsible because people had paid to jio. it is spoiling the image of Jio also.
it is like just cheating with people

    Sir, I have make Renewal Payment of Rs. 17,770.56 Through your Website (Pay U money) on Dt. 22th March, 2016.

    Also I have receive Confirmation E-Mail from Pay U Money & Above Said Amt. Deduct from my bank Account

    But Still Payment Receipt not generate or Not Received

    Kindly check at your end & Provide me Payment Receipt…
