Naaptol.com Is Really A Fraud Company

purchased gfive GF-73 from naaptol, but the phone is not working properly. Whenever i send message from the phone it got resatarted. Even i got free mp3 player which was not powering on.
So i complaint to the naaptol’s ceo whos mail id is [email protected]. Igot mail from Divya Susai whose mail id is [email protected], who guide me to return product and all its accessories to the following adrress which is Aditya Infoteck
Haridas Market,
Bank Street,
Koti,
Hyderabad – 500095 via blue dart courier. She had also said that i will get my replacement within 10 days.
So i returned the product and all its accessoris via blue dart courier which challan number is 13068721293 on dated 20-04-2011. My order number was 1584383, i purchased on 04-04-2011. Till now i dont get the replacement of product and any refund.

    I GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH THE CHEQUE. I GOT THE CALL FROM THE NAAPTOL AND THEY ARE READY TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK AND FOR THE CONFIRMATION THEY ALSO CROSS CHECK MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND WITHIN THE 5 DAYS I GOT MY CHEQUE THROUGH THE COURIER.

  2. Yes, Jigar you are right. Naaptol.com is totally cheater co.
    There are many people found on Facebook who are cheated by this co.
    I am a Congress Party member in my area. So, I decided to find the truth & purchased a Mobile phone from Naaptol.com. And found that it’s totally faulty piece.
    I am doing all the necessary thing to teach a fraud Naaptol.com company.
    I created a new group on Facebook.com named –
    Naaptol.com – Cheater & Fraud Online Shopping
    Join this group. We will teach a lesson to this fruad co. I am declaring this on all social networking sites withing this week.

  3. I ordered a mini fridge for Rs. 3200/-, my order number is 9714911 On opening the package, I found that it was a toy fridge and not 4 litres as claimed by Naaptol. Secondly the Adaptor of the fridge was broken and I didnt receive any Warranty card with the shipment. On lodging a complaint to Naaptol within 15 minutes of recieving the parcel, they assured that I will get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Its more than 72 hours but I didnt get a call from anyone. They also mentioned that they will courier me and email me soft copy of warranty card, however its 4 days now I have not even received a single call to attend my complaint. Their customer care is so shameless that they called me for their promotional offerings but not a single call to attend my complaint. I wrote to their [email protected] email id after which one lady from their customer care called me and said that I never lodged a complaint for broken adaptor, whereas I made atleast 10 to 15 calls however, I was not given any complaint number nor sms nor email acknowledging my complaint. NAAPTOL IS A TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY, THEIR CEO IS A FRAUD AND THEY CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS. WE SHOULD REALLY SUE THEM TO THE COURT FOR CHEATING CUSTOMERS ELSE THEY WILL KEEP CHEATING INNOCENT PEOPLE.
