My Complaint Description:
I bought Datawind Calling Tablet online from Naaptol under Invoice No. 847467/DL/0158441 dtd.01.05.2016. I received the item on 3rd May'16. From the very next day, I found that there is volume problem with the Tablet, the current high volume is too low to listen anything even it is less than a common mobile volume. I made complain to Naaptol (Complain No. 15399541) Since last 25 days I have been sending mail messages but I am just getting auto reply. Once I received a reply from Naaptol team and asked for any Service Center in Vadodara, the lady didn't send me their Service Center contact or address. I requested to either repair/set the required volume in the Tablet or replace the same but, still there is no response. I shown my Tablet to a technician if he can set high volume but he told me that by default the volume is too low and there is no other option to set high volume. Please do the needful.
