My Complaint Description:
I m using navrang internet since 4-6 mnths. M facing loss of connectivity 2-3 times a day. Every time i complaint they tell to wait for a day. Nd than they make a week to solve. And that too works for few hours. Have talked even to the director of the company. He replied that m unaware of the issue. I just want to get my money back so that i can opt for a better service. Thank you
