My Complaint Description:
My user I'd is 1108812283. I am using Tikona digital network,s broadband. My last bill plan closed 25/06/2015. And before closing I got problem so i have done disconecting request. But 09/07/2015 I got mail from tikona that i would get waiver 1000 rs for the problem in last bill cycle. Then i will contineu this service but after two days i got again problem for the day time uploading speed zero. Daily two or three hour i could work. I call customer care they not receive my call. Area manager, engineer also not put my call. After my call put on 18/07/2015 by customer care. And i again request for disconnect my plan. But after i got from customer care dt.21/07/2015 and they assure me that you will get waiver 1000 rs for last bill cycle as usaual and also get full moth waiver of july. If you will agree for this and engineer will come within 24 hours and resolve your problem. And i agree for that. But engineer will not come or not call us. Still my plan not disconnt and not problem solve. Today 03/08/2015 i again call customer care for i got massage that u have to pay about 4700 rs. They said me that u have to pay all money because new bill generate for 26/06/2015 to 26/12/2015. So please i request to take hard action against tikona digital network who every time make fruad. I have so many complain regarding uploading speed downloading speed and also in nighttime.
