My Complaint Description:
i bought plan for rs 4500/- . plan description is 4 mb/s 125 gb for 12 months. in begining speed was 2 mb/s but i didnt mind but from 1 month connectivity became so poor. and from 15 days there is no connection most of the times. and their customer care is not replying now as i think they have blocked my number because when i call from another number they pick up and as soon as they come to know its me they hang up the phone. i am a stock broker and i need regular connectivity. its effecting my business. plan amount was 4500 but because of this issue i had to buy another connection from another company they have charged me 1500 rs as connection charge so i want this amount to be refunded. i have full faith in our system that i will get proper response thank you.
