Dear Sir,

My Tikona User ID : 1108499771
Internet cancellation request no : 1-3720110210 (I call to Tikona to stop my service & they book my complaint on 3rd Sept,2015).

I was not able to get the proper service more then 7 month (March-2015 to August-2015), in those 7 month i used to call every next day to Tikona service care and they convince me to solve this problem, but they were not able to solved, also all that time they promise to not charge the bill (as full month i am not able to solve the problem), but they force me to pay all that time, even it was very frustrating, as i am not able to get the service but i had to pay, they call me every hours and ask me to pay the bill, also they send the collection guy to my home for collect the money. it was too much for me so i decoded to stop the service and get rid off from all this non-sense, but still they continue their harassment.

They told me that they will send me final settlement bill and get back all the connection/setup-box from my home but still nobody come to my home and collect their setup-box, on other side they keep calling me and ask me to pay the bill and reactive the service. I am waiting for somebody who come and collect their set-upbox/Broadband antena and give me final settlement bill.

To solve this matter, i keep calling to Tikona and ask them to send me final bill, bit they still behave like i am using their service, i also send the mail to Tikona Help desk, but still nobody respond on it.

Kindly help me to come out from this harrasement.
