My Complaint Description:
I have Purchase Internet Service from the Tikona Digital Networks in month of March.

For few Days initially Internet Services working Properly. But After that I am facing so much Trouble in Internet connection.

I have called Customer Care so many times to resolve this issue and send an engineer to Resolve the Problem. But they have send engineer after 3 months. Also Senior Area Manger come to my House and Told me that there is a problem in their access point. He told me me to solve this problem in two days and come to my House. But after that he is not Even coming and Responding.

Then I Have applied for Disconnection on 6th of July. They mailed me to Refund my amount after Negotiation within 30 days of Billing Cycle.

I have waited for 2 months still not Received any Money. During those period I have called them so many Times. But no Proper Answers received from any senior Person also.

After having all these Issues I have decided to re Install the connection. Even today I am facing connectivity problem. Their Customer Care Executive saying that They will solve in 24 hours. I have Called Twice Since then. Still no Resolution Done.

Please provide us your best Possible way to get refund what ever the amount I can Get.
