My Complaint Description:
I subscribed to Tikona annual plan and paid 4500 for one year of internet in April. The internet worked for two months and has stopped working since June 10th. Their field technical person came home and said it will not he resolved and I should ask for refund of my money. I am trying to call Tikona headoffice since one week and they are constantly giving excuses. The internet is still not working and they are not even giving me the refund of my annual plan. Please help me get the refund of the money I paid since they are not providing the service or resolving the issue.
