My Complaint Description:
I would like to inform you that I have requested for new broadband connection of Tikona Digital Networks on before two and half months ago in vadodara city-gujarat. In very first month connection is works properly, after a one month i am facing a problem for network connectivity. I have register a complaint to him many times, every time his engineer came at home during office time. The same day i am reached at home and try to use it, it's not working properly. It's happens during last one and half month. Now i am literately tired of his service and decide to close the connection and revert back my payment to me.
I have complained regarding this issue on customer care of Tikona nearly more than 10 times, but still there was no satisfactory action from their side.
They are closed my connection and not refund my money till today.
