My Complaint Description:
I had purchased new Tikona connection on April and after the installation it never works so i tell them to discontinue my connection and refund my money but till now they are not responding and just making fool to customer.

i had called lots of time but they just making false statment.here is full and final settlement ticket no but they never send my refund nor called.
