My Complaint Description:
I have requested them to cancel service as I didn't needed connection any more. They keep asking about what issue i am facing and i told them I don't have any issue, I have no use of internet anymore and request to cancel service. They just didn't cancel service and so disconnected their cable to ensure i don't use their service. I have requested them on phone as well as email but they didn't cancel service. Month later they keep sending me monthly bill for service i haven't used. After 2 month of unpaid service they said they now terminate service due to non-payment. I was glad to see atleast my account is terminated. Now they send me legal notice to pay the bill for service, I haven't used. I have no choice but to complain here.
