My Complaint Description:
As I have taken connection from 11/6/15 everyday we are getting problems with continuity with net connection each n every time. several times we called customer care of tikona but after holding 15 mins the person pick the phone and also doesn't coridante with us after that they send their experts more then 10 times till date but the problem is going on after a visit at there office cg road sears tower 7th floor they send area manager and after a visit of area manager the condition is worst it's not working after area manager visited the slow / Iiregularly connection changes into no connection last from 2 days there are no Internet over mah place due to such problems from last few months I had wasted many bucks on Internet except tikona after paying advance 8880 money they are cheating mee and they are cheating with Indians. And I got loss of 1 lakh rupees due to noo Internet at mah place. My question is that are they cheating to my Indians? They did to mee and I know more 2-3 guys they did same with them. My question is that why government is not looking in such a matter this kind of companies are very dangerous to ppl like me because I am common man & common man is been cheated with like this company and as I am new enterpernur the loss of 1 lakh rupee's is very much to mee it's like a big burden on mee and that burden came to mee because I use tikona digital networks services for Internet connection . I don't know how I will manage the loss there's very big issue for me.
