Force to get expensive accessories installed from NEXA showroom and Other services like insurance,extended warranty etc.
Hi,

I go to booking Baleno Delta 1.3 diesel on 22 July, 2016 at Nexa , Mehsana,Gujarat.

Last week when I inquired regarding Baleno Delta 1.3 diesel . The sales executive Mr. Sandip Chaudhary informed me that it will not possible without extra services. Later on, everyday i inquiring.but sales executive not respone me.When I asked NEXA, they denied of lowering the cost and also informed that if I would get other services from outside, I would not be able to avail benefit of the warranty provided by the company. and sales of vehicles.and he insist me that if u want to complain to company head you will complain it and tell my name to them.

Dear NEXA, you are forcing customers to get accessories installed which costs almost double than the market price. If you do not trust the quality of fitting done by other mechanics, then just allow us to get the installation checked and certified by your efficient mechanic. I would happily pay for that check up.
