My Complaint Description:
Respected sir,
i have bought online sansui mobile phone Dual Sim on 31/01/2015. i have receive a mobile on 10/02/2015. when i receive a mobile it was working and showing a 3 point of battery. next day when battery goes low i have put mobile in charging but it was not charged. so i have a complain within 24 hour on customer care of next.co.in on 0120-4950800. customer executive told me that your complain is book and we take a necessary action to replace your mobile. then after i have called them 6 to 7 time but no one give me favourble reply. after 7 call only one customer executive told me that if i want to replace my mobile i have mailed to [email protected] for replacing my mobile. then i have sent mailed them on 10/03/2015. and after 7 days they replied me that i have to make complain within 48 hour and they couldn’t arrange reverse pick up and the dont have policy to change the product. but i have already called on customer care within 48 hours when i received the mobile.
i have send 3 more mail but they didnt reply me and when i called to customer care the just told me that they will give me reply within 48 hours.
now i have very frusted with this situation sir.

they are not giving good reply.

please help me sir
