My Complaint Description:
Hi i purchased something which i have break in emi and the amount was 42000 something so called to customer care and told them that please cancel my all emi and i will pay full amount so they have told me that ok sir i will forward a request and cancel your all emi so paid 42,629 in 15 September 2015. but now sbi sent me again 9567.92 amount of December so i called again in customer service and asked why they have sent me so much amount so they told me that there is 2 emi also which is left you have to pay i dont understand anything now if i already paid 42,629 so cancelled all emis so from where these emi coming again please solve this mystery because i am not gonna pay anything they are doing everything wrong so do something asap..
