My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have purchased a phone OnePlus One via Amazon on 16/11/2015. Few days ago, my phone was not functioning. There are 3 problems. 1) Receiver is not working 2) phone is heating too much 3) LCD display is shaking. I approached to authorized service center for repairing. It is in warranty/guarantee period.Now, they are not repairing my phone and do not answer anything about how much time will it take. I also mail to company and approach to customer care still they are not giving proper answer by saying that parts are out of stock. Till how much time I have to wait without phone? As it is in guarantee/warranty period, I should get the phone either repaired or replaced. But they are denying to do anything. I hope you will help me to resolve this matter so I may get justice.

  1. I have a complaint of One Plus mobile company. You have not answered our mail and solve our problem.
    One Plus mobile company service center from Ahmedabad (Ambawadi Area) returned my mobile by saying that your problem is solves but checking after some time, problem was not resolved and they are not replacing with a new phone as well. Please take action as early as possible.
