My Complaint Description:

This is regarding my order issue which i am ordered on 10th Aug, 2016 from snapdeal. The ordered Product does not compatible with my device, so i want refund and return ordered product.

Now, Issue is that order delivered on 18th august and i requested refund return request on 20th of august and track record from snapdeal app shows return request accepted and estimated pick up date is 21th aug, 2016. Today is 27th aug, 2016 still no action should be taken and no refunded yet.

I tried my lot for this issue like try to contact customer care and email to [email protected] but no action, no reply and no any other help got from snapdeal.

I have lots of proof regarding this issue. Proofs are provided on request.
