this is inform to you, I had purchase handset X9006(find 7a) for batter service support, but its my wrong think about your company.
today i have submitted my handset at your service center Hari Om communication Iskon -Ahmedabad for touch panel and notification light not proper working.
I have also submit invoice copy for warranty support but after 01 hour i have received call from your service center and they are told me my handset will not be consider in warranty due to sub PCB liquid damaged..
I m ready to pay SUB PCB charges but after repairing i want my warranty back.
but ASC person said now handset is out warranty and next time if problem come in handset we can not given warranty support..
please confirm if i pay company charges then why company not given warranty support in 2nd time
I m also using other brand but this type of issue doesn't face.
please look in to this and confirm to me.
