My Complaint Description:
My name is jignesh shah.
I have used service from oyo rooms.
This matter is been going on back and forth from last couple of months.
Oyo rooms agent send me a package detail after paying 40000 rs.
I search on internet there were nice hotel by that name on google.
After reaching at location that is 1500 to 2000 km away from my home . There was no booking at all in that hotel.
After calling atleast 30 to 40 times they answer and book another hotel after 4 to 5 hours..
I was just waiting on the road for their answer.
Not only this when i reach to place i realise that was bullshit hotel that they booked in to.
Pathetic sevice throght the journey. And lot more, i have all proofs photographs booking details. I was highly dissatisfied with service and want to get some of my money back based on their service. I ruin my time and tour with my loved one. If i dont get response i will be going higher with no doubts.
