sir,
a vodafone tele executive name pooja (mob-8291009903) called me and explain a family corp plan of zero rental.(copy of that has been attached).
plan was-0 rental family corp plan in which 250 minutes free for local any network, voda to voda 30p/min ,voda to other 50p/min,250 sms free, sms 1rs/sms and any three numbers 10p/min calling.
she send a executive named aamita tandani (from santacruz kalina and her boss name was mr parekh) who explained again that plan and we bought for 3 existing customers and 1 new connections they are as follows

They have not asked us for any permission , nither any message or Company call have came to me for activating the above mentioned services. On the other hand when we called to the Customer care then they did not give any satisfactory responce, and most of the time the Customer care representative dont pick up the call and cassete music continues ringing and when luckily anyone picks up call then they tell us tht “Complaint should be done within 24 hrs of activation of service” , have Deducted the unnecessary balance from my account, and they are also refusing for the refund of my balance.…
