But till Today i have not received any update from company

i have mail to comp HR dep

but cant get any reply

Activation Of Vulgar Caller Tune Without Requesting It

Uninor activated some vulgar romantic caller tunes on my mother phone number and deducted Rs.40/- within 2 hours of sending a intimation sms.
When we ask for any service or deactivation they ask for 24 Hrs or 48 Hrs. But activation of such unrequested hello/caller tunes, they only takes 2 hrs.
Moreover when in the evening, I called customer care no.121, Mr.Dheeraj said your account is not showing any activation as of now, so please call sometime later.

Airtel Charged Me Rs. 23161 For GPRS Usage

airtel charged me 23161Rs for gprs usage….for 98Rs/month 2GB data
usage free Plan,

since 2YEARS i am using this number………….9662063403….

have activated 98Rs gprs pack on 13/04/2011………as told by cusomer
service agent i will get 2gb data usage free for 1month at a rental of
98Rs/month……….beyond 2gb usage i will b charged
30p/50kb…………..within 15days i used 1.9gb……..so to avoid
extra charge i deactivated the gprs pack on
28/04/2011…………..and activated another unlimited pack of
450Rs/month………..so for that 15 days they charged me
23161Rs(Twenty three thousand one hundred sixty one
rupees)………..plssssssssssss i need help……….i have
registered a complaint but i am sure it will not b of any
use……………

Airtel DTH Connection Is Not Working From Last 5 Days

I have a Airtel DTH connection in my home. I am residence of Bangalore. My DTH Connection id is 3005459090, my connection is on the name of Mohit Verma with the registered Phone No. 9449720730.

Problem started from Saturday April 30 at 8.30 pm. after a heavy rain showers my set top box signal dropped & showed message that signal loss. The same night i called to customer care they have told me that someone would visit my home by tomorrow morning (May 1) 10.00 am. So i waited for the technician till 12.30 but no one has come & after that i left my house for some work.…
