I bought vodafone usb stick connection on 01 / 04 / 2011 but it is not working by network at my poonam sagar , miraroad area / they told me when i bought from bhyandar vodafone gallerty that it is 3g and 3.2 mbs/sec but when i visited them that it is not working then they telling it is on trial / so is tht the company will trial at public coast / then their technician visited after 1 week and also proven that there no network of internate at poonam sagar miraroad and i told them to give me my money back / they took my usb stick on 08/04/2011 but still not giving my money back and talking very rudely and telling that we not giving money back but in ur case we will give but after 1 month they not answering properly / even their nodal officer also not helping .if their service not works then why should i waste my money ?my datacard connection number 9820725647 .…
As per below letter dated 29th April, please note that till Micromax service centre not giving proper solution. Kindly send notice letter to Micromax service centre from your end at the earliest.
