My Complaint Description:
I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 6th January 2013 from Rediphone Mobile Centre located in Alkapuri, Baroda, Gujuarat, But from 2nd week of Feb i faced the problem as Video was not working than i showed my phone to nearby Samsung Customer Care in Fathehgunj, Baroda and they told that they will replace my PCB (Motherboard) and will give phone back, After a week i got my phone, but than i was just taken a back…Lots of problem arised in my handset like Auto switch off of mobile any time, hanging problem, no good bacttery back up (any time battery was loosed) also not able to hear voice when calling someone, Heating problem means i was just fed up of with that handset…Again i approached to the Customer Care on 18th March will all the complaints and again i got response as they will change the PCB of Mobile again (i was wondering that if the PCB was changed earlier than how come these problem arises with company like samsung also they have not shown me the bill of replaced PCB) even when i went back to customer care again for status of my handset, The handset was not looking as its new due to lots of scratches in screen guard and even into entire body…Utlimately on chasing with customer care and head office for replacement of mobile everytime they clearly denied that they will not replace the mobile and will give back the old phone after repairing but i have experience that if i will take that handset back than problem will start arising which i dont want now also now that hand is with lots of scratches seems like a OLD phone (Such a bad than worst response from an MNC company like samsung who are not at all customer oriented, For them only money is important and not even bothered whether customer is satisfied or not just they interested in stealing money)

You are requested to take legal actions against samsung and please help me with replacement of New mobile as lots of my hard earned money are involved into it
