I had purchase X560 on 30.04.11, I had face problem touch screen not working on 08.07.11. Authorised service center kash peraphirals not accepted phone, i had called at customer call center of Micromax from service center, Service center personal told they don’t have parts so they are not accepting phone. After several phone call they had accepted phone on 11.07.11 Job sheet no 2299985.
I had called at micromax customer call center to get earli repair, they told me wait for 7 days, if not repair than HO team take over case and do it.
After 7 days (18.07.11) i had called micromax they had given time of 7 days (25.07.11)
Again i had called on 25.07, every time they are giving simple answer your complaint is under process, our team is working on that.…
