Respected sir I had register numbers of time constantly by phone for solving the comaplint of massage i cone on my TC screed for However the latest comaplaint lodge my mail with tata sky authority is as under

Sir, If you are not in position to solve my complaint of "I had
received numbers of different massages on my tv screen related to
my account but unfortunately it is learnt that each and every time the
costumer ID is different hence while watching TV the MSG ICON and
reminder for recharge is flashed on screen hence there was problem in
watching TV and we are literally disappointed as even after numbers of
call this defect is not solved and we are irritating" then please
disconnect your service as I am totally disappointed with this MSG
icon

Sir now I am totally fed up as after constant and frequent reminder my problem is not solved hence it is my request either solve the complaint or refund me the call charge of rs 1000
