They had delivered me the wrong product on July 3rd via Dotzot courier service. Hence I had submitted a return request on their website on July 5th. They had delivered a confirmation mail of my return request on the same day. According to their mail, their pickup agent was ought to pickup the item within 7 days but unfortunately no action has been taken from their side till date.
