I am forced to escalate a complain against Tatasky as I have tried every possible means to get a solution however have failed.
The matter here is of just Rs.540 however the way Tatasky is handled the matter is highly unethical and clearly shows how even a company like Tata known for their honesty have changed over time.
Tatasky had replaced the wire at my residence and I was charged Rs540 for the same in the month of July’18.

When we ask for refund or starting our service as per plan they agree to refund but I did not get any refund for many days.

So i have asked Tata sky to refund money of Set top box and return by set top box back,but they denied and intentionally stop connection.
