Myself Kishore and I bought GFIVE mobile from E-bay on August 2010 and now touch screen is not working ,so I sent my Mobile to Baroda(service center) to the Address suggested in E-bay site.
After two days I made a call to them and asked about mobile condition. No proper response from them .Now ,Even those guys really not picking my call. They have added my number in call barring
list.When my wife called them they are picking the call.
Do you think is this a proper way to give response to customer who has faith in E-bay and bought from web site?… Continue reading

Naaptol Complaint

I was purchase the mobile phone on
and I was find the mobile is not in working condition so I was talk with the team of naaptol so they bring their mobile for reparing but the same thing is happend again i was again recived a faulty instument so they are took phone back so I was send the phone on their address via curiour. Airtel DTH

I had to take Airtel DTH service when I bought new LED TV. Infact the service was offered free when I bought the TV although I was not keen to take Aitel DTH as I was already aware of their service is bad. My customer id is 3004940318.
Right from the installation (soon after 2-3 weeks), there has been problems with the setup box. So much so for the past one month it is so bad, it gets stalled any time when it is on.
