My Complaint Description:
Panasonic eluga I bought on 22/10/2015. Phone is dead since 11/12/2015 , submitted to Panasonic customer care at vadodara on 12/12/2015. Called customer care on 26/12/2015 but they had no update available, so called me to enquire after 4 to 5 days. Called customer care on 4/1/2016 yet no update available and replied same to enquire after 4 to 5 days. Purchase period is just 2 and a half month and the kind of service is worst. No replacement given, can't work with out phone in this age of communication So i would like to have cash back which i paid to buy the phone and not the phone.
