My Complaint Description:
Respected sir/ madam
We have purchased smar phone from UMIYA MOBILE PVT. LTD. on 16/01/2015 model no. PANASONIC T41(8GB). After using for 5 months it started creating problem regarding touch screen (keypad), WIFI connectivity and internal programmes. We have given mobile to the local service center named Tarang Techno situated in serweshvar chowk rajkot (service jobsheet no. KJASPGTO48615PL2655)they said that they will return our mobile within 5 to 10 days but they are no giveng us satisfactory response and they sent mobile to New Delhi on 25/06/2015. Since 01/07/2015 we are taking regular followup on companie's customer care number (18001028989). The executives who are attending us are no filling our complain and also not giving their names and company ID so that we can complain aginst them. They are avoiding our complain and not giving any satisfactory answers. We hereby request you to do proper and valid prosedure regarding our problem and return our mobile or give us full refund which ever is possible. We have enough proof and valid papers regarding our complain.
