i bought panasonic cel phone from SyberPlace E Solutions Pvt. Ltd Hyderabad vide invoice no. 20663/2015-16/6442 dated 25/12/2016 with warranty on one year unfortunately there was some issue in phone as it was not working properly and i have submitted the same to the panasonic authorised service center for repairing on 13th of may 2016 under warranty.
But till date i have not received my phone till today almost one month i request and have plenty of communication to the comapany but all time i received similar reply that its under repairing process and will get back with confirm status but till today this time i have not received confirm status so i am force to file complain today.
i request you to help me to get my phone with my extension of warranty from the company as they almost took one month and yet no confirm status i have received.
As i bought product for one year warranty and if company will take one month for repairing we are in loss for one month warranty period.

kindly help me for getting my phone in time with extended warranty letter from company.
