HI, GRAHAK SURAKSHA…
I HAVE PANASONIC AC IN MY FACTORY WORKSHOP WHERE AC REQUIREMENT IS ALWAYS COMPULSORY.
I COMPLAIN IN PANASONIC SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS BUT NO ONE CAN DOING SOLUTION.
BEFORE 1 MONTH, 2 TIMES TECHNICIANS ARE VISITED MY FACTORY & CHECK THE AC & THEY SAID COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKED.
AFTER THAT I PROCEDURE TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR BECAUSE AC IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.
TECHNICIANS ARE AGREED ABOUT REPLACEMENT & ALSO THEY SPECIFIED IN THEIR JOB CARD SHEET & ALSO SUBMIT IT IN COMPANY & TECHNICIANS ARE SAID NEW COMPRESSOR IS COMING FROM COMPANY WITHIN 4 / 5 DAYS.
BUT NO ONE CAN CALL & COMING TO MY FACTORY & NO ONE GIVES ME REPLY SINCE LAST 40 / 50 DAYS.

SO, PLEASE DO FAST VERY VERY VERY STRICT 3RD DEGREE ACTION OF PANASONIC SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE REPLY & SERVICE.
