My Complaint Description:
I had given Panasonic – T21 mobile phone for repair under warranty to Panasonic authorized service center at Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra, on 15-04-2015 as my mobile had a display problem. That time service center told me within 20-25 days the problem will be solved & mobile will be returned to me. But after this date no one from Panasonic authorized service center contacted me and updated the status. On 09-May-2015 & 16-May-2015 I contacted Pune- Panasonic authorized service center and they told me that my mobile part is not available with Panasonic. Again on 23-May-2015 I contacted Pune- Panasonic authorized service center and they told me that my mobile part is not available with Panasonic. This time they informed me that they (Siddhivinayak Enterprises) have sent mail & my handset to Panasonic for replacement as the desired part is not available with them But when I again called them on 05-June-2015 they told me that you can call in Panasonic Customer Care at 18602004660. Now what is more frustrating than this that your authorized service center doesn't have your toll free number and gives your customer your competitor's number (Karbonn). Later on Karbonn people gave me your number- 18001028989 then after speaking to Panasonic Customer Care I got to know that my mobile has NOT AT ALL received at Panasonic. Today i.e on June 19, 2015 I again called 18001028989 and they told me that FINALLY my mobile was received on June 12, 2015 to them and it has reached Mumbai Head Office on June 16, 2015. Following are some details for your reference: Job Sheet no.: KJASPMH535415K**** IMEI 1 : 357010050373*** IMEI 2 : 357010050373*** Already two months have passed and unfortunately because of Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune I have lost mobile warranty without any fault of mine. Kindly note that when I submitted my mobile to Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune, it was in warranty. I expect at least some senior official looks into this and gives me an URGENT Solution. Please note that I am not at all interested in much more delay as this is really causing me BIG trouble. Kindly see to it that my mobile reaches to me within next 5 days or you return my money back. Requesting Panasonic Team to kindly help in this matter and take necessary action on Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune for misleading the customer.
