As per above mentioned subject I like to discuss with you about problem that I faced with Parklane Cars Pvt. Ltd, Narol, Ahmedabad [ Authorised Volkswagen Dealer].
I got punctured in front two wheel of my car (Volkswagen POLO – GJ-1-KJ-7941) during my journey from Ahmedabad to Abu Road dated 25/12/2013, after that I take help from local highway punctured shop but he was unable to do repair work And at that time I call in their given customer care no. for provide me service under their RSA (Road Side Assistance) service as I need to reach at my destination for my Project Meeting.
In reply of my requirement they informed me unexpectedly that our person will come after 1 hour & 30 minutes (approx.) instead of 45 mins. & then he will take tyre or car to service station & then he repaired & give you back which will take minimum 5 hrs. of my valuable time, and at the same time their customer care representative also informed me that during this time we can not provide you taxi service to reach my meeting (as per RSA service they should provide me taxi service in this type of condition, which they already mentioned at the time when I pay for the same).
After this incident many of times I call in Parklane Cars P. L., Service Center Narol, Ahmedabad & talk with Ms. Poonam Goardiya who is ready to listen my complain, she also reply in my call that if you had call me when you get this problem then definitely I am going to provide you service.
After that she also ready to pay for the same but every time she gives me excuses & still i did not get any positive reply from their side, some times their manager is not available & some times their system is not working.
After no reply of my number of calls I also mail them on ([email protected]) at 18th February 2014, Now it has already two months been past, but still there is no single call or mail from the company.
As this is genuine problem, You are requested to look in to & clear the issue.
