Hello Everyone, I made a postpaid bill payment of Rs.1000 on 13/8/2016 and the transaction was cancelled because of technical issues. Just

after i calls at Customer care and they ask my transaction id and check problem and write complain about it and give me complain number

also. And i got refund it after 3 days. Then i feels good when i got my refund. I was very dipressed when i see Your Transaction has been failled

and my payment was deducted also. But I am happy now to get my refund. I think it needs to provide right details with full of confidence like

Transaction id and Reason. I scared when i see Payment Successful but Bill Payment not successful. Transaction Receipt Order no:

#458987474 19-Aug-16.

It was showing like this:-
