My Complaint Description:
My postpaid bill payment was failed 3 times and when i called up PB customer care number listed on ther website, they said it is under process, please wait for next 2 hours, they made a commitment that they will update me but they never called, but the good part was my transaction was successful after 43 minutes of my last attempt.
