My Complaint Description:
Alert paytm removed "return to bank" option, i have added 68k to my wallet today morning. i sent 20k to my other bank. when i tried to send the remaining balance to it warned me saying the monthly limit of 25k is done. Ok thats accepted but what about the remaining 48k rupees, they removed the "return to bank" option which sends the wallet amount to the source bank which you used to add the amount. when enquired costumer support the phone number they provided is IVRS based support where you cannot speak directly to the executive, you need to register the complaint they will call back liesurely with in two days(which is pathetic). i mailed them, i posted on twitter, i got a call from customer care department, the executive who called doesnt have minimum knowledge on application. he wants me to wait one month to transfer my remaining balance. or else i need to do shopping for 48k. be aware of this fraud where they dont intimate about the changes in application.
