My Complaint Description:
Myself Niraj Modi from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I paid my electricity bill of amount Rs.4640/- via paytm at 13th july 2016 which order no. is 1883921086 and cash transaction no. is 2531888454.
During process of transaction, amount was deduct by my account at the same time, but the payment of my electricity bill was not done and Till now status of payment shows processing. Then i go to paytm Queries option and ask for my query. after that i got auto generated mail from paytm. in this mail, they mention point was that my query will shortout, and if transaction was not done then amount of payment will add on my paytm wallet within maximum 48 hours. but after 53 hours approx. i am not getting amount of payment on my paytm wallet.
I also tried to contact paytm customer care number, but all time that number was busy, My electricity bill due date on 18th july, after that date if i pay bill then i need to pay some extra amount also. who is responcible for it? so suggest me what should i do now.
