Product:Vivo V5 s 64 GB
I ordered Vivo V5 s 64 GB mobile in MATTE BLACK colour.But seller delivered me WHITE colour.So I returned the wrong product by delhivery courior service.
As per seller policy the product is non-refundable.But the seller has started refund process of my order.
But I do not want refund.I want replecement of the product.
So please provide me Vivo v5 s 64 GB in MATTE BLACK colour.
And the seller has taken more time than provided in the policy for the whole process.So I need the replacement faster.
