My Complaint Description:
I have purchased Split A.C. (S18E3 ELECTROLUX SPLIT A.C. 1.5T CAPACITY)on line through paytm ( Order no. 1634339361 ).i received my a.c. on 03/04/2016 and called only electrolux co. technician to install it. while installing they found that there was no gas in out door unit.so they asked me to write complaint to paytm from where i have purchased it.I did it. pay tm gave me contact no. of ELECTROLUX CO. and asked me to talk about my problem. 4 o 5 times i talked with them on phone ( 18602001212 )but till today ( 15 days have passed ) neither Paytm nor ELECTROLUX CO. took pain to solve my problem.I am continuously writting to paytm and telephoned ELECTROLUX CO. to replace my out door unit.
Paytm in a mail dated 13/04/2016 asked me to wait for 48 to 72 hours for replacement but nothing happened.Even today morning i gave a mail to paytm stating that i am not satisfied with your service and will go to GRAHAK SURAKSHA for solution.
Please note my Ticket no. provided by paytm for your reference.
As Pay tm has taken full amount of my A.C. why paytm is not changing / ask ELECTROLUX CO. to change my outdoor unit as it is not in working condition ? so i request you to look into the matter and kindly support me to replace my out door unit of my A.C.
i have taken all printouts of communication with pay tm.( E mail print out )
