My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I brought Philips 40 inch LED TV (Rs 37000)on 22 Aug 2015 from Alap Electronics swastika Char Rasta Ahmedabad. But it goes faulty after 10 month. Regards same I booked FT but first FT (PAHM0309160105)on 3 sept 2016 which was closed without attained So I booked second FT (PAHM0509160052)on 5 sept 2016 which is still not resolved & my TV are still in service station. For the same I also talk with Service Incharge Mr Dhiraj Bhasin (9687655899) & Mr Jignesh (9925240274). But after 20 day he finally replaced with another model because of my TV is not repairable as well as discontinue. Offered TV market price is 31000 and not feature same as my TV. So I requested to him for refund but he is not answering. I also tried to give written application to his branch office at 1st floor, Videocon House, Swastik char Rasta Ahmedabad. But he is not accepting the same.Finally I visit again today to same office address and Mr dhiraj not avail on office so I cal him and his last answer is he will not refund me so I replied him that I will know jago grahak Jago. But his replay is that u whatever do we will not revert u as well as refund you.
I also attaching my bill.
So kindly suggest me the forward path.
