My Complaint Description:
My television which is under warranty has been
– not working since 15th sept.
– Inspite of repeated calls visit was on 19th sept 4 days later
– today 28th oct one month and thirteen days yet the panel has not been replaced.
Upon repeated inquiry from call center we get different promises of a day or two and so on but issue remains unresolved still.
Customer care sometimes tell they do not have parts sometimes tell they do not have staff and vehicle, citing such excuses its mental harrasment to us as television not working and taking so many follow ups without any fruitfull outcome.
This is not the kind of service expected from customer care of such reputed company. Examples like this encourages people to go for local products with less brand value but also prompt service with atleast feeling of being heard!!
