My Mobile – Samsung i9500 – Galaxy S4 IMEI No. 355798/05/1211928 purchased on 14/02/14 and was insured by Pick me India. On accidental damage submitted to Mr.Sagar Desai on behalf of Pick me India to get repaired its damaged screen on 26/11/2014. Till date we have not received my mobile. The Pick me India insurance company is Giving us falls commitment and chaeting me. Now they are not replying regarding repairs or returning of my mobile.

  1. my phone samsung grand neo is under burglary case.documents pick up date=6th november 2014, approval date is 24 November 2014..i have called atleast 100 times to customer care..but still didn't get any positive response from their side.i called higher authorities also but now they are also complaintponing day by day.sometimes they are also not receiving calls..i seriously dissatisfied with this insurance company.They only giving dates..now higher authorities are also ignoring my calls daily..what should i do now????????
