My mobile, was picked up by the company PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Mumbai, for repair.
It is a company which provide the security/service to the gadgets by insuring them. The details of
PICK-UP are as follows.
Following are the details of my gadget which was been picked up for repair under water damage case.

I am following the status of my mobile after the one month of approval of the Claim Request.
Since then I have been given the date after date for the delivery of the gadget.
Despite the reminder sent to the company's customer care and frequent calls made to the customer care,
I think , there is no use of trying to get my mobile(Gadget) back through them but to take help of some
agency who will take me out of this situation.
Seven months have passed and there is no action taken by them.
Every time, some foolish reasons are given for the delay and new assurances are given with new
deadlines which are proven false again and again.
The reasons for the delay are very strange and every new customer care
executive is apologizing and saying sorry for the statements earlier made by the previous executives.
I don't know who is right and who is wrong and who should be held responsible for the delay and giving
me the different dates of delivery.
I feel completely depressed and deceived for the way I have been treated as a customer. This is the end
of my patience, since it had been almost SEVEN months over that I have submitted my gadget for
IT IS BEYOND MY CAPACITY TO ACCEPT FURTHER EXTENSION OF DELIVERY OF GADGET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
UNWILLINGLY, I HAVE MADE MY MIND TO MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO GET MY GADGET BACK AND FOR THE MENTAL
STRESS THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH, DURING THESE SEVEN MONTHS.
ALSO, TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE AWARE OF SUCH FACTS AND CRUAL TREATMENT GIVEN TO THE CUSTEMORS, I AM THINKING TO GO FOR ONE DAY SYMBOLIC HUNDER STRIKE (WITH PRIOR NOTICE ) IN FRONT OF THE HONOURABLE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE OFFICE, TO GET THE JUSTICE.
I hope, you will give a wide publicity to this matter,understanding the gravity of situation and
genuineness, giving me the justice and helping me to get my gadget back.
