I have taken mobile insurance from pick me india company and in accident my mobile is damaged i requested company for pick up on 31/05/2015 but my mobile was pick uped on 02/06/2015 and after that in companies Terms & Conditions it is mentioned that mobile will get back to me within 90 Working days but now 9 months has passed but my mobile is not recived by the company and when i m calling the company person on No.9222224040 the person is always telling me that in 15 days your mobile will get received conformed they are telling me from 9 months bt still my mobile is not approved my claim no is 8805274822-1

I am following the status of my mobile after the one month of approval of the Claim Request.

Since then I have been given the date after date for the delivery of the gadget.
Every time, some foolish reasons are given for the delay and new assurances are given with new
deadlines which are proven false again and again.
The reasons for the delay are very strange and every new customer care executive is apologizing and saying sorry for the statements earlier made by the previous executives.
I hope, you will give a wide publicity to this matter,understanding the gravity of situation and genuineness, giving me the justice and helping me to get my gadget back.
